The grass was dewy, the sun was warm and the animals were chatting away. Springdell Farm is a gorgeous spot with sweet animals and amazing food: fruits, vegetables, meat, ice cream, etc. I have one more summer yoga session coming up this Sunday, August 12th from 8 to 9:15AM.
